For made-to-order corsets, I am unable to accept returns or exchanges if you have changed your mind or if you ordered the wrong size as this is made to the size and style specified

For pre-made corsets, returns are not accepted but you can exchange for a made-to-order corset up to the value of your original order. A refund cannot be provided if the cost differs and there is an outstanding amount. Please get in touch within 7 days for the exchange to be processed and return within 14 days. Please note you may need to wait for the next order slot for the new corset to be made.

Whilst we quality control all clothing before despatched, if you receive a faulty item, please get in touch within 2 days of the date your order was delivered. An image will be required before your claim is processed. The item must be sent back within 7 days of your order date.

Please note: once an item has been worn or used, we are not liable for any damage caused (e.g. wear and tear).

• Please double check your delivery details when finalising your order. We are not liable for any inaccurate delivery information provided.
• If you fail to provide the correct delivery details we are not required to refund you.
• Any customs fees or taxes you may incur when the parcel is delivered are your responsibility. Please check your countries fees for any oversees parcels, your corset is shipped from England
• If you chose to reject any customs fees and the item is returned to us, we cannot refund you in this instance.
• If a parcel is successfully delivered by the shipping provider (and the tracking shows this), any queries you have relating to the delivery, once the status shows the parcel has been delivered, must be chased up with the relevant shipping provider.
• If you miss a delivery, it is your responsibility to rearrange another delivery via the Royal Mail/Hermes website. If the parcel is returned to us, you will be required to pay another postage fee for us to resend the parcel out to you. We cannot refund you in this instance.
• No cancellations accepted
• If any import fees are not paid and the corset is returned, we are unable to offer a refund. We can resend the corset if the delivery fees are repaid. Please check custom fees for your country

We are not liable for any outcomes or events caused once a product is dispatched - the product(s) are then property of the customer.
